Transition Pathways

Laverton Wyndham Aquatics provides squad training from entry level development squads - through to elite swimmers at National level. Concentrating on stroke technique and improving fitness and developing team spirit are important values for the swimmers development.

As swimmers progress within their squad, coaches will recommend they move up to the next. Advancement is dependent on the coaching staff's assessment of the swimmer's progress and the availability of a vacant position in the next squad.
